Varan Nooram is a BlyDonian Grand General whose most notable appearance was during the assassination of the Jankan Emperor and the ensuing BlyDonian-Jankan war.
Varan Nooram worked his way up the ranks in BlyDonian Service, reaching the rank of General. After General Hane's resignment, he assumed the position of Grand General.
