A Super power is the highest rank of civilization on the Hondrum Sireoss nation scale (created by Hondrum Sireoss, a Tudian Rebel), which is the generally accepted national scale in the Appearence. It refers to civilizations who have the ability to influence other civilizations to a significantly higher level than other powers, such as throughout a galaxy. While Empire of Drakonia has undocumented power as far as Appearence civilizations go, it does not have a place on the scale due to the fact that it doesn't have any influence on them. The four powers on his scale are the BlyDonian Civilization, the Gammetan Civilization, the Lorna Republic and the Trade Emergency Coalition. Yulair may have been considered considered a major power near to or exceeding that of super three, however was destroyed in May, 2011.
