Project Expansion II was the second Gammetan colonization projects in the series of two expansions. The last expansion was aimed at worlds suitable for mass habitation, however this one is mixed. This project was also theorized by Fin Asura, although she is no Prime Regiona of Gammeta. It was developed and accepted by the Senate on October 3, 2011, was completed on February 26, 2012.
On November 4, 2011, the Senate ruled for the project to be changed, wherein more Appearence planets and less utility planets would be colonized. By the end of January 2012, only one of the intended 5 planets were colonized, however the project was completed as expected on February 26, 2012.
The original planets aimed for colonization were:
- AS-A3-D14 03040-05 (Fetrodasa V)
- AS-A3-D14 03040-06 (Fetrodasa VI)
- AS-A3-D14 03040-11 (Fetrodasa XI)
- AS-A3-D14 00254-04 (Hindina IV)
- Hatantha IV
- Teredona II
- Teredona III
After the November 4 ruling, they were:
- AS-A3-D14 00254-04 (Hindina IV) - planned end of November 2011, colonized January 21, 2012
- Binti - colonized January 25, 2012
- Gelbius VI - planned end of December 2011, colonized January 23, 2012
- Hatantha IV - colonized November 3, 2011
- Teredona III - planned start of January 2012, colonized January 24, 2012
- Xephorea I - colonized February 26, 2012
- Heilus-orgon - planned start of December 2011, colonized January 22, 2012
