The Phages are used to infiltrate enemy ships. They operate by stabbing into the ship's hull with their stabbing tools. Then, they latch on with their numerous feet. Then they proceed to drill through the hull of the ship. One the hole goes all the way through, the phage forces its drill open, creating a door for the Tournan troops to enter the ship through. This method has also proven effective at breaking through Strog force fields.
