Jack "Jackle" Var, sometimes refered to as Jakalvar from close friends and family, is Commander-in-Cheif of The Crusader Republic, an Ace Pilot, and sometimes a noted Dare-devil. He is almost always seen in his signiature black and red flight suit + helmet, along with his Custom Defense (and most times offense) Pistol holstered on his side. He has dark red colored hair, blue eyes, tan colored skin, and is reletivly strong for his light-weight and moderatly tall shape. He didn't really have a childhood.

Diamondorians, who worshiped their gods of the universe and crystals of life, met humans a very long time ago. In order to stand in with the rest of the world, some found ways to transform into human type forms, and learned galactic speech/type, and other languages. Jackle, or Jakalvar at this time, had decided to join some of his brothers and sisters, and became friends with a lot of people. He can sometimes transform back to his diamondorian form at certain times. Diamondorians have thick, smooth, rock hard skin, diamond shaped heads with a smaller blue, green, or red(But most often blue) diamond that fills the inside. Their fingers are pointed, and feet are in the shape of a curved triangle.
