DEFENSIVE PACT BETWEEN THE REGIONAL DEMOCRACY OF GAMMETA AND GAMMETAN COLONIES (RDGGC) AND THE ALLIANCE OF DISSOLVED HYDEPHIILAN CORPORATIONS
The newly appointed Supreme Regional Leader Fin Asura and the Supreme Chancellor Tomocho Haiwaki have decided to form a defensive pact outlining the following articles starting from the 3rd of April 2011 A.D.:
- Article one: Both contracting parties agree to maintain peaceful and friendly relations between them and mutually respect the territorial integrity and inviolability of the other contracting party.
- Article two: Should any third party intervene militaristically with or declare war on a contracting party's affairs, the other party should be forced to abolish any neutrality agreements with the third party and protect the other contracting party, even if that means declaring war, throughout the conflict.
- Article three: The articles above and below remain valid until November 2nd 2011, at which point the declaration will be subjected to alteration which can include it's dissolution, it's articles changing, and it's continue until another set period. If no alteration occurs, all articles will remain valid until April 2nd 2012.
- Article four: Alterations to the contract are permitted if both contraciding parties agree on it. The contract cannot, however, be altered to the point where it no longer becomes valid or effective, nor can it be altered without unanimous agreement from both contraciding parties.
