The planning of the ball began a few weeks before hand, and Prime Palace was designated as the location. Five Hundred Guests were invited to the ball. Representatives from all the Capita Civilizations, save Gammeta, were invited. Several hundred workers were hired to serve the guests at the ball. Appetizers, Main Course, and Desert, plus an after desert dinner. Finally, there would be dancing and speeches.
