Julaska IV is a planet owned by the BlyDonian Civilization in the Julaska System. The planet has one hundred and twenty smaller continents and one supercontinent. The continents could be classified as large islands. The planet is very large, with an oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere capable of supporting life. There are many creatures, both aquatic and land based on the planet. Despite the vastness of the planet, it has a small population of almost 3 billion. It is capable to support about six times as many people, however there is no overpopulation on any other BlyDonian Planet, so there is no need to populate the planet further. During the Second Appearence-Ichiri War, millions of refugees fled to this BlyDonian Civilization as it was the most powerful civilization in the region. Most of the new refugees were sent to Julaska IV, causing the planet to have a very diverse population.
