Parolmar III was a planet in the Parolmar system. The planet's code name is AS-A3-G14 55121. Through what has been known in The Appearances, Parolmar III has been the Capital planet of the Hydephiilan Galaxy. After the establishment of the Hydephiilan Senate, it became not only the populace capital, but the government capital. It was formed from a conference there, established there and is still up and running there. The generally population of Parolmar III is split up into social classes in commerce.

On April 3rd, 2011, the Gammetan supreme regional leader Fin Asura met with Tomocho Haiwaki and they signed the Gammetan-Hydephiilan defensive pact.
